UP Scholarship 2024
The Social Welfare Department of the Uttar Pradesh government started the UP Scholarship 2024 initiative for students who belong to the General, SC, ST, OBC & Other Reserved categories and who have financially weaker backgrounds. This scholarship helps the students fund their education and help them to pursue their dreams of successful careers ahead.
There are two sub-categories under the UP Scholarship:
- UP Pre Matric Scholarship 2024
- UP Post Matric Scholarship 2024
The UP Pre Matric Scholarship 2024 is for the students who are currently studying in classes 9th and 10th while the UP Post Matric Scholarship 2024 is for the students who are currently studying in classes 11th and 12th.
Through this scholarship initiative, the government targets more than 2 lakh schools and over 60 universities.
