The Inlaks Shivadasani Foundation has been working toward the betterment of academically bright students since 1976 by providing scholarships. The Inlaks Foundation has joint scholarship arrangements with Imperial College, London, the Royal College of Art (RCA), London, the University of Cambridge (Cambridge Trust), King’s College London (for Ph.D. students*), and Hertie School, Berlin.

Terms and Conditions for the Inlaks Shivdasani Scholarship:
- Each candidate is allowed to submit only one application.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- The scholarship will be forfeited if it is not utilized within nine months of being awarded.
- Additional funding may be provided to students applying to specific universities:

- The Royal College of Art (RCA) London
- The University of Cambridge (Cambridge Trust)
- Sciences Po Paris
- King’s College London
- Hertie School Berlin The joint scholarships with these universities can exceed the limit of USD 100,000 for eligible applicants.
- Recipients of the scholarship can seek other funding sources like teaching assistantships or part-time jobs but must inform the Foundation about any additional funding received.
- Fieldwork in India during the program is generally not allowed for scholarship applicants, except for PhD students in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Arts & Humanities applying through the King’s College London collaboration.
- The Foundation provides scholarships in various subjects but does not fund the following courses:

Inlaks Shivdasani Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Inlaks Shivdasani Scholarships 2024, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an Indian passport and reside in India at the time of application, born on or after 1st January 1994.
- Possess a first-class degree or its equivalent from a recognized university/institution in India.
- Meet specific academic criteria based on the field of study:
- For Social Sciences, Humanities, Law, Fine Arts, Architecture, and related subjects: a minimum academic grade of 65%, CGPA 6.8/10, or GPA 2.6/4.
- For Mathematics, Sciences, Environment, and related subjects: a minimum academic grade of 70%, CGPA 7.2/10, or GPA 2.8/4.
- Hold an English language certification as a conditional part of the offer letter.
- Have a valid deferred offer letter for the academic year 2024-25.

- Applicants with a postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master’s or Ph.D.) from an institution abroad are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants currently studying or commencing postgraduate education at an institution abroad are not eligible.
