E Kalyan Scholarship 2024 is an initiative of the government of Jharkahnd’s Department of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare to provide financial aid in the form of money to the students of Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) and Backward Classes (BC). E-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the E-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship for the academic year 2023-24, applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Applicants must be residents of Jharkhand, this ensures that the scholarship benefits the local student community.
• Only students belonging to the SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), or BC (Backward Class) categories are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
• The annual family income of SC/ST/BC applicants should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000 to qualify for the E-Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship.
• Unfortunately, students falling under the General, EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), or TWF (Tribal Welfare Fund) categories are not eligible for this scholarship.
• Eligible students must currently be enrolled in any class or course to be considered for the scholarship. Graduates or those who have completed their studies are not eligible to apply.
• For renewal applications, a student is considered eligible if their earlier application form exists, and the scholarship amount has been previously sanctioned. This ensures continuity of support for deserving candidates.
