DSW Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria for the DSW Scholarship are:

• The applicant must be a registered and enrolled student at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
• The financial status of the applicant and their family should meet the criteria of having a combined annual household income, including the incomes of all family members residing together, not exceeding Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand only) as per Syndicate Resolution No. 37 dated 29-06-2019.
• The applicant must have achieved a minimum of 55% marks in their most recent academic examination and should not have received or be currently receiving any financial aid, fee waivers, or similar assistance from any source for the same or relevant academic period for which they are seeking assistance.

The DSW Scholarship Application Fee is 200/- rupees and is paid online.

The DSW Scholarship amount is directly transferred to the bank account of the selected student. • Minority students, including Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Zoroastrians, and Parsis, can access the National Scholarship Portal at http://www.scholarships.gov.in for application.
• If you belong to the SC/ST/SEBC category, you can register on the website http://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in.
• In certain cases, where applicable, you must upload the parent’s or parent’s spouse’s death certificate.

DSW Scholarship Registration

• First of all, you have to visit the official website at https://msubaroda.ac.in/dsw/ or click on the link given below in this article.
• Now read the initial instructions before proceeding by clicking here.
• Then click on “New User” This will open a new page displaying the ‘Registration Form for Scholarship, Financial Assistance, Fee Waiver, and/or Freeship for 2024.‘
• Now you can complete your registration form.
• After filling in the details now click on ‘Register Me‘ If any errors are present, they will be highlighted in red. Correct the entries and click ‘Register Me‘ again.
• If all entries are accurate then click ‘Yes‘ when prompted with the statement, ‘Confirmation about information filled by you in the online form is correct?’ Then you have to click ‘Register Me‘
• Now log in again using your existing username and password and proceed to complete the payment process.
• Upload the required documents as prompted by the system.
• Click on ‘Print Registration Form‘ Then the system will generate your Registration Form based on the information you provided.
• To print your registration form, type ‘Ctrl+P‘ on your computer once it appears on the screen.
