The SSP Scholarship is an online common scholarship portal to provide scholarships to students of the Karnataka state. Under this scholarship, the main aim of the Karnataka government is to support meritorious students irrespective of their caste, gender, or race or without any kind of discrimination. The SSP Scholarship is given to students who are from backward classes that include SC, ST, and OBC categories and this scholarship helps them to pursue their higher education so they don’t have to bother about their education expenses.

The SSP Scholarship is divided into two segments:

• Pre-Matric Scholarship (For the students who are below class 10th)
• Post-Matric Scholarship (For the students who are above class 10th)

Note: One thing that applicants keep in mind is that only those are eligible for this scholarship who have a domicile in Karnataka state.

SSP Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria

How do I e-test documents for the SSP Scholarship 2024?

To apply for a scholarship on the SSP scholarship portal, applicants must get their documents e-Attested by the College e-Attestation officer. Applicants can follow these steps to get your documents attested online:

• First of all, you have to visit the official SSP scholarship website.
• Now on the homepage scroll down and click on “Click here for e-authentication portal (Students)”.
• Then in the new window, you have to enter the AAdhar UID number, captcha, tick the consent box, and click “Verify”.
• Now you will be directed to the student profile page. Then enter details such as college name, university name, course, etc., and upload the documents.
• Now you have to click on the “Aadhaar Consent” form, fill it out, and download the form.
• Then visit the e-Attestation officer of your college with the form and original documents to get them attested.
• Once the documents are e-Attested by the officer, they will appear under the Approved Documents section.

SSP Scholarship 2024 Apply Online

Applications for all types of SSP scholarships must be made online through the SSP portal. Follow these steps to apply for any of the scholarships:

• First, visit the official website of the State Scholarship Portal.
• Now you have to click on the link to apply for the “Post-Matric Scholarship”.
• Then, you have to Click on “Create Account”.

• Now you have to fill in the mandatory fields, tick the consent box, and click on the “Proceed” button.
• Your Aadhaar will be linked to your bank account. Enter your email ID, mobile number, OTP, and click on the “Submit” button.
• Enter the certificate details and click on the “Proceed” button.

Note: After clicking on the proceed button, check your name on the certificates. If correct, you will be directed to the next page.

• If you have a ration card, tick “yes” and then enter the ration card number. Otherwise, apply for a ration card to proceed.
• After entering the ration card number, a list of family members will appear. Then select your name from the list and click on the “Check” button to proceed.
• Create a password and click on the “Submit” button.

Note: The password should not contain any special characters.

• First, visit the official website of the SSP scholarship.
• Now you have to click on the “Student Login” button on the dashboard.
• Then enter your username, password, and captcha to log in.

Note: If you do not remember your student ID or password, retrieve them by clicking on “Forget Password” or “Know your Student ID” button.

• Now once logged in, complete the scholarship application by filling in all required details.
• Then upload all relevant documents and submit the application.

SSP Scholarship 2024 Status

To check the status of your SSP scholarship application, applicants can follow these steps:

• First, visit the official Karnataka SSP Scholarship website at https://ssp.karnataka.gov.in/.
• Now you have to look for the option that says “pre-matric scholarship status” or “track student scholarship status for workers“.
• Then click on “Track Students’ Scholarship Status”.
• A new page will open, enter your SATS ID and the financial year in the Student Status Report section.
• Now in the last step, click on the search button, and the SSP Scholarship status and status report will appear on your screen.
